Ross Holden
Ross Holden
Photography has often been the starting point for much of his work. The camera is used to conveniently capture and collect from the world around him. He has built up a huge library of his unique observations, collecting anything from intimate detail, to portraits of people and vast landscapes. These images are then combined in whole or in part to create his mandala style lambda prints.
Here you can see a small selection of the photographs taken in some of the places he has recently visited in Central Asia. Sometimes humorous, sometimes maybe gruesome or controversial they show an intriguing insight into the locations and the distinctive way Holden reads place and situation.
As these are just a few images from the collection the photography section will be regularly updated with new images from each series. For contact sheets, enquiries and sales contact: art@ungluemylimb.com
